Shipping, Billing & Refund Policy

This website is operated by Twig & Leaf, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Twig & Leaf. Twig & Leaf offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

Credit Card Billing: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card payments through our secure server. After order placement, your payment method is authorized and charged automatically.
 
Paypal Billing: Paypal's billing is immediate and subject to Paypal's terms.

Shopify's Shop Pay: Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split their purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees passed on to customers.

Domestic Shipping: We ship most orders using FedEx Ground to the shipping address the customer provides on the Twig & Leaf checkout page. Please note that the FedEx Ground standard time in transit within the contiguous U.S. is 1-5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. These transit times are provided as an estimate only, they are not a guarantee. Please contact FedEx to verify their policy. FedEx deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. FedEx does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when their facilities are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.

Free Domestic Shipping: To qualify for any free shipping offer, your order subtotal must reach or exceed the qualifying amount AFTER application of any applicable coupons and discounts (but excluding sales tax). Our free shipping offer is a one time courtesy. If your package is returned 
    
Partial Shipments: If one or more items in your order are delayed or on backorder, you will be billed for the entire order when the partial order ships. The remaining items in your order will ship separately when restocked.
 
Sale Terms & Restrictions: 
Sale start and finish times are based on the United States Eastern time zone clock. Our sales do not extend to other retailers that carry Twig & Leaf products. Sale offers cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sales time parameters. Sale offers only extend to countries within our shipping zone. Sale offers are applicable only while supplies last. To qualify for any free shipping offer, your order subtotal must reach or exceed the qualifying amount AFTER application of any applicable coupons and discounts (but excluding sales tax).
 
Lead TimeFollowing placement of your order, please allow approximately 1-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Orders are shipped based on product availability and place in the order queue. Lead times during sales may be extended. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your email filter settings. FedEx Ground shipping does not affect order processing time, it only applies to time in transit.
 
CancellationsOrders can be canceled at any point prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
 
Refunds & Returns: If your order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original transaction. Refunds cannot be issued to different credit cards or via different payment methods. If your refund was issued to a credit card that is now closed, please contact the issuing bank for instruction on how to have your refund transferred to a different credit card or account.
 
We think you'll love our products but in case you don't, we will refund the cost of your opened or unopened, single 32 oz. bottle, if notified within 30 days of order receipt. We do NOT issue refunds for the 3 bottle bundle. If you are not sure if you'll like the taste, please order one, single 32 oz. bottle first. Please contact us at Info@twigandleafwellness.com for instructions. Our customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send back returning product. We will issue the refund after we receive the returned product. 
 
We do not issue refunds for orders that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders are shipped to the shipping address the customer submits on the Twig & Leaf checkout page. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all of the information submitted on the checkout page is correct. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an auto-generated order receipt. Please double check your order receipt to insure that the information you submitted is correct. If errors are noted, please contact us immediately at Info@twigandleafwellness.com with your revision requests. Once the changes are made, a new order receipt will be sent to the email address submitted. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled. 
 
If the carriers tracking record states that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at Info@twigandleafwellness.com and we will reach out to your carrier.  
 
If your unopened box is returned to Twig & Leaf by the shipping carrier, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method after receipt of the returned package. Please allow several weeks to months to process the refund. If your unopened package is returned to us and you would like us to reship it to you after providing a valid shipping address, you will need to pay the shipping costs as our free shipping offer is provided as a one time courtesy only. 
 
If your order is in the possession of the shipper and their tracking record does not indicate that a delivery has been made or attempted, please contact us at Info@twigandleafwellness.com and we will file a missing or lost mail claim with the shipper. This will trigger a search for your package and if found, they will deliver it to you. This process may take several weeks. If the shippers investigation fails to locate your package, we will issue you a full refund via the original payment method. Please note that you will be obligated to either pay for your order or return the unopened package to the shippers location or drop off box in the event that your order is delivered after a refund has been issued as you will be in possession of items that have not been paid for. 
 
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please send a photo of the damaged product to Info@twigandleafwellness.com. We cannot process a refund for the damaged product without receiving a photo showing the damage. 
  
We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other vendors and retailers. Items purchased through other vendors and retailers are bound by their policies.
 
Warranties: We do not warrant that any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. The ingredients in our products are posted on this website. It is up to the customer to avoid ingredients that they may be allergic to or sensitive to. Please make sure you are not allergic to or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing. Twig & Leaf products may be manufactured in a facility that processes egg, dairy, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.

Claims: No claim of any kind shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which such damages are claimed, it being understood and agreed that Twig & Leaf's maximum liability hereunder is limited to the price you paid for the products in respect of which such damages are claimed. Your failure to give notice of any claim within 30 days after order receipt shall constitute a waiver by you of all claims in respect of such merchandise. The remedy hereby provided shall be cancelled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise be unaffected.

The sale or resale of Twig & Leaf products from unlicensed and unapproved distributors or sellers is strictly forbidden. Distribution and sale of Twig & Leaf products is permitted by licensed distributors only from "bricks and mortar" physical retail establishments. No sale of Twig & Leaf products is permitted over the Internet from any distributor without prior written consent. Twig & Leaf, LLC is not responsible for claims arising from the sale of products from unlicensed distributors.
